2004 Fatboy. 40k miles. Runs and starts fine and runs as long as you want but once it gets to temp and you shut it off it doesn't want to start for a half hour till it cools. It'll stay running just fine it just doesn't want to start again till it cools. Any ideas or suggestions of where to start?

 

Any codes?

 

I assume its F.I. and has temp sensor #32446-99 ?

 

Do you have a tuner and if so where is it located, try changing the location to someplace that gets less heat.

 

Carb or fuel injection?
Does it still turn over?
Does it have spark?
If FI does fuel pump prime?
Are plugs wet?
all other electric is on for this half hour or dash is dead?
