So as the title says, the thumb lever to the ignition switch fell off. My bike is not under warranty and I cant seem to find anywhere online that sells them or some kind of custom variant. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thank you.
hey.. same issue happened to me and many others.. go to the dealership.. that little **** is a separate part number.. try to get them to sell it to you.. then apply blue loctite when you install it.

Happened to me not long after i bought my bike and had it come off in my hand, unfortunately it happened again on a ride last week to the Gold Coast and i have no idea where it came off. Went to the dealer and they no longer sell this part... only in a coil/ignition pack for $291.
Anyone know of an aftermarket solution that isn't going to force me to change the whole assembly?
I may have a spare one That I won't be using. I will look when I get done with work
Hi Stal94gt,
Did you change your ignition system to something different? I'm not sure if maybe it's a part that's just unavailable here in Australia now as the Blackline didn't sell very well here compared to the USA and European countries.
Shane that ignition is equipped on several models including the popular breakout. I bought the ignition to swap with my current ignition but decided to leave my original alone. I have not opened the box yet to see if the lever is installed so I will look when I am off
My ignition switch **** fell off also. I can't find one anywhere in the world and am pissed at Harley for "discontinuing" a part that obviously was either poorly designed or negligently constructed. A dot of Loctite would have avoided the problem. If anyone has this ****, part number 71796-11, a wrecked 2011-2016 Breakout, a spare, whatever, please contact me. As it stands now, I have to replace the entire ignition or get used to using the key.

I am willing to buy an extra someone might have, but I have also seen some crafty folks CNC, 3D print, etc. some solutions and would be happy with that as well. Thanks.
