My 2013 Heritage Softail classic has modified exhaust done by previous owner, he had the bike dyno'd and tuned with the Power Commander V module installed, however it is quite loud. I have heard there are quite high flow slip ons, that still allow for performance but not **** off all my neighbors and wake my whole household when I fire it up at 3:30am to head to work. Would you fine folks have any recommendations of what exhaust I should look at?
Without knowing what pipes/baffles you have now, it will be difficult to offer any specific potential solutions/options. Post a pic, if you don't know what the exhaust is. One of the members here will surely be able to ID it.
DK's "thunder torque inserts" claimed a 6db reduction is noise level, which is pretty damned good for what's essentially a fancy lollipop. Not sure if that'd work for you or not, but it's one option. I'm sure there's more out there, hopefully others will chime in.

Ok Blu92in99, Here is a good side shot of my exhaust. These pipes are not slip on, they are one piece with the headers. I have the stock pipes with original slip ons that both go all the way to the rear tire, and another set of headers as well that look like what's below, and that set has what looks like slip ons that look like the stock ones as well just offset like below.
