You would think Harley would get a clue.......
By NOT offering it in CD form, they KNOW that any electronic versions that appear are not made, licensed, or endorsed by them and they can turn the hell hounds in the legal deparment loose on them.

As for the Service manual, ......they'd be pretty stupid to put that out on disc.
I'm not sure it would be stupid exactly, but thesudden influx of hundredsof unlisensede-bay copies would cut into their profit margin, and to the MOCO, intentionally cutting profits would bestupid. The stock holders would linch the borad of directors in a heartbeat if they found out about it.
This really is no different than any other licensed product available though really. I understand Moco is prolly just avoiding the hassle of legal issues altogether but it really would be a good idea to have it on PDF versus just the paper manual. They could put all the securities on it and someone would still find a way to hack it. It's done with Microshaft's OS's and other products all the time.... but is Microshaft out of business because of it? No.

I got mine on ebay. Its on a CD and its a copy of the factory service manual ... all 600 pages, Illustrations, tables, graphs , appendex etc etc for $20.Also included electrical diagrams and a parts manual.I just did a search on Ebay and I dont see the person selling them anymore.
I think the MOCO's lawyers would like to have a chat with you....
Just my opinion. some things better left alone... No need to bring heat on a fellow member here.... If he bought it on E-bay..so what ..
