Default 2002 harley fat boy

I ave a 2002 harley fatboy that I have put a frankenstien trike kit on it. The motor is an 88 cubic inch and is stock exept for Vance and Hines short shots. The compression is 153.6 on both cylinders. I also have a catch can on the breathers and it has no blow by. If I ride it at 70 to 75 mph it burns no oil at all in around 130 miles. But if I take it up to 80mph it burns about 8 ounces in around 130 miles. Is this acceptable or is that too much oil ? It doesnt smoke and the spark plugs are the right color (a little brown in color) And the carb is set at 3 turns out
