I have an 05 springer. I can't read wire schematics. I need a pic of the wires in front of the rear wheel behind the shroud for clarification of connections. Thanks for a y help.

You can get wiring diagrams from H-D service portal, I think most of them are in color now to match wires. The B/W printed one in my 1991 FSM is a nightmare to follow, but I found a color coded one over on XLForum.net years ago and saved it. I assume it's a H-D production and your bike is much newer than mine. The color coded ones are a snap to read, they are out there if you look.

I hesitated to post a pic of my 2003 Softail, not knowing if there were any changes between '03 & '05.
The Service Manual, Figure 8-26, looks just like my '03.
So here is my 'o3, with a caveat... Mine is a CA bike. So I have the gas tank vent canister at the bottom, and I have the optional Security Siren just above the canister and right below the TSSM.

As an Avionics Tech for 44 years, I can tell you that it is easier than you think. You just need to have a little confidence in yourself.
