As mentioned above, those appear to be Vance & Hines Big Shots Staggered.
There are several very similar designs by other manufacturers. However, I believe the pipes in the picture even have the correct Vance & Hines logo at the end of the top (rear) pipe... It was too fuzzy to read when I zoomed in..
