2017 Deluxe options for side stand that can't be reached due to extended floorboards
I recently installed half-moon extended floorboards on my 2017 Deluxe, which moved them forward 1" and outward 1". Much better for me.
But now it's very difficult to get a hold of the side stand. And the floorboards are on there pretty tightly, not that easy to flip up with a boot.
What options are there for this? An extended side stand? Or center stand?
How do the center stands work - do you have to pull the bike backwards?

My friend had a similar problem and she found an L shaped bracket to help. I had to drill and tap two holes in the foot of her stand to attach it.
Sorry, I don't have a link to the bracket but will ask her if she remembers where she got it. Maybe Google will help.

Hello Peggy. This one should be an easy fix. There are many jiffy stand extension kits available. It just depends on the look you want and color, if chrome is a color. Just make sure it fits your 2017 Deluxe stand.
