My friend had a similar problem and she found an L shaped bracket to help. I had to drill and tap two holes in the foot of her stand to attach it.

Hello Peggy. This one should be an easy fix. There are many jiffy stand extension kits available. It just depends on the look you want and color, if chrome is a color. Just make sure it fits your 2017 Deluxe stand.
