You probably have more patience than I do. On the Triumph site where I am an Admin - I pull out the Ban Cannon way faster than I used to. You just get fed up - BAM !

Not really an option for most of us. We can edit, delete, merge, etc. within our assigned sub forums. Most of us don't have the juice to ban someone, that's further up the ladder. I'm OK with not having that ability.
I'm a little surprised - We give all our Mods the trigger - Used lightly of course. But some people just seems to have to push you to see how itchy the trigger is.
You don't know how fun it is to get the last word in with some of the wiseazz's when you cannon them. It's like when you smack that wasp right out the air and send them spiraling in...
Ok - I have derailed this enough - Back to business - We don't pay you to stand around and gab with the customer's .
Some of us do truly appreciate and understand what you have to deal with. Thank you Mr. 2g. Beautiful dog by the way.

I tossed out the suggestion of global moderators like I once was on a local community forum many years ago. That way anyone could handle an issue anyplace it occurs. Some sub forums have no team member assigned. Some have only one or two of us. Sometimes an assigned team member might not be readily available. A global type thing would allow for things to be handled sooner in the events just mentioned because anyone could jump in to help out. But I think that suggestion has kind of fallen by the wayside.
Golden combined two threads. Post 5 use to be number one post. My post was number two
Yes, I think now it's open belt drive. Means seal lip seal goes toward crankcase.
It can still leak under the sleeve and thru the metal to metal faces.
Guess he should use a smear of Permatex RTV Super Gray on the bore and faces of that seal running sleeve.
Good luck to thread owner. I am out of here before fighting and name-calling starts.
Thanks pepper. sorry about yr mk and model 93 fxlr motor its a 98 fatboy open bdl3in belt
