Do some research.I heard that they had some trouble with their pistons awhile back. I have been told that their cams are good though.

I have a Sport/Touring combo on my Dyna, and i love it.
My kit is using the C/P pistons, very high quality.

I bought the full monte with the cams, heads, barrels with pistons. and the HQ ignition.
It has a very broad power range that starts just above 2000 rpm and pulls to over 5500!
I get alot of complements on sound and how bad I smoke guys out of the hole!

Sounds like the perfect build to me. How's your gas mileage on a trip?

Don't have a complete build-up, but I got my heads done by them, put in HQ-0039G gear drive cams and HQ-6104 ingnition module programed by them to match the cams/heads. The displacement and compression ratio are stock (88ci/9:1cr), and I got 83 hp/89 ft-lbs on the dyno a couple of weeks ago. I know there's more in there, and with tuning I could get more power... I just don't know of anyone local that can do it. I'd expect at least 10 more of each with a big bore/high-comp kit.

Cheers!

HQ cams.....couldn't stomach waiting for Doug to even answer the phone let alone do my heads.

They have a great reputation but far too slow for my impatient butt.....I went elsewhere for my package.

A High velocity head job with parts and labor is around 900$, springs, bronze guides, titanium retainers, and valves. and there awsome portwork with Spun-dropped head milling.
cams are around 350$
the CP pistons are about the same.
ignition for carbed bike was around 275$ with custom map for my bike.
