That's what I was told today by the Harley parts guy when I went in to buy a couple of red turn signal lenses for my 99 Fatboy. I recently installed the turn/ running/ brake light kit, but it came with the flat lenses. No big deal. That's until I was told that I can't get red lenses to fit my bike. I thought,ok, I'llget a smoked or clear kit, but they didn't have any red bulbs either. I checked at a couple of car parts stores, & all they had were LED lights for $16.00-$19.00 a piece. I wanted to keep it cheap as I just spent money on new exhaust cause one of my pipes broke,(all the way around the tube), & my wife is about to cut my nads off for spending money. I realize there're other options, but WTF? Why sell a conversion kit, but not have all of the neccesary parts available to complete it? [:@]Ok, I'm done now. Beer time.
