Default overheating?

There's going to be a bikefest next week in my hometown and our bike club got invited to be a part in a promotional video for the event. The shoot took about an hour and it was all really slow driving, right before the end, white smoke started comming out of the right exhaust pipe on my springer classic with dual exhaust (not true duals), my first thought it was that the bike was overheating.... could this be it???

Default RE: overheating?

I took the bike to the dealership yesterday and I got all call from them this morning with the diagnostic: High Oil Consumption - they're going to put in a valve seal kit, gasket kit and some retainer kit, all of this thankfully will be covered by warranty. How does this happen to an engine that has less than 2K miles? does anybody have a clue?
