got saggy bags here too...I waited till my bike was about 2 years before I installed it and was a helluva lotta work. Lots of sanding and cutting plastic. Wish I would have installed it when bike was new, would have saved a lot of word.Bags do look much better.

I put gotsaggybags on my 02 Heritage this summer and I'm not sure why you guys think it was a lot of work. Took about 40 minutes. The pieces just slip right in and then you slap some glue on the pieces for the tops and you're done. Maybe I missed something. Bags sure look better though.

Made my own. Bought some ABS plastic onEbay and then went to work. The top was super easy. Just make a template of the inside of the top then cut to size. Use a good quality glue and secure it in place.

I then put three pieces on the bottom, front, and back of the side walls of the bags. Then a final piece on the outside facing (fat) portion. In total I have 4 pieces of ABS (1/4 inch thickness) cut to size and glued in place. Remember, the bags are normally only seen on the inside by your anyway, so the beauty issue is not nearly as important. And the plastic adds the rigidity the bags need.

Oh yeah ... and I had enough ABS left over to make a jiffy stand pad for those times I find myself in gravel or soft asphalt.

Check out Boss Bags. Makes your bags lockable. In my budget for next year.
