Saw the show last night.....enjoyed it but as already mentioned it did seem like an infomercial......blond was hot......Rocker was not.......maybe if I saw one up close in person I would think different. Liked the wide rear tire.
Absolutely no idea what all the hype is about. Wide tire kits have been around for a while now, and a couple of the guys around here, have the fender attatched to the swingarm (ala rocker style). They look just as dorky as the rocker. Guess you could call them an early rocker wanna-be.I'll take an 00-02 softail, with a quality kit, any day over the rocker.
Something about the gap between the seat and the rear fenderjust dosen't look right.[:@] I don't thinkthe Rocker will be as popular as Willie G. thinks it will be.
3 Rockers that"really work".....trust me there is thousands of rockers in K.C. that work.
"thousands"? If that were so, where are they? If their at the plants, then maybe these guys that ordered them are gonna get an early X-Mas present....
All the Softail line is built in York, PA. I dont think they are going to make any rockers in KC. For the HD purest, I dont think the Rocker will apeal at all. But there are always tons of new riders coming to HD and I think they will buy them like hot cakes. There are a ton of people out there that want the latest and greatest and willbuy them and then trade them in next year when the other new models come out next year.
Supposedly the Rocker and Rocker C road test will be on the Speed Channel today at 5:30 Pacific Time, 8:30 Eastern Time. Hopefully they won't reschedule it again.
