Looked at a twin colour 2007 roadking and though about trading her in until I went home and looked at her in the garage (shes a piece of art) and whent for a fast ride.
This is a very capable usable machine get one you wont be dissapointed.
Went into the dealer, looked at a really ugly one that was in my price range. The wife took one look and said "what do you want with that thing?!?"
Next to it was a real beauty. Its now in my garage!!
Took er indoors to the dealer as well, was looking at a Spotster1200 because of the cost.
she said what do you want that for and pointed at a dyner street bob sying thats what a harley should look like.
I ended up bying a new Fat boy.

Buyers market right now..tons of bikes.. Look for something with low milage and be willing to drive a coupla hundred miles and you can save a bunch. Warranty transfers in about 2 minutes at any dealer. Let someone else take that initial "hit" of buying new. Most times youcan also find something with stage 1 and some chrome goodies for far less than "out the door" at dealer. Just be sure to compare prices with "out the door prices"and not base price at dealer.
