Picking up New Custom
..just got the word..s/b picking up my new Softail Custom later today, or tomorrow am!
..trading in my Buell..which was a ton of fun, but I'm ready to start cruizin...[8D]
..prob won't feel the cold until I get er home...

After you get home and look in the mirror, that grin on your face won't be frozen on therefrom the tempeture.
It's the only thing you get free from HD.

Picked er up Saturday...32 degrees outside, but loved the hell out of it!!..can't wait to get back out...
Coming from the Buell, I can't get over how smooth the motor is..and how comfortable the ride is...couldn't be happier!
It's been sleeting and raining since Sat nite..I'll try to get some pics up by the weekend.
btw..it's the burgandy and creme/gold pearl paint scheme...

Congrats, from a fellow denizen of the People's Republic, Marty. Great choice. Ride safe and have fun, it'll be spring before you know it. OBTW, get yourself a battery tender for the winter months. It'll save you a bunch of aggravation come spring.
