I have not tied it butthey claim this stuff can take it..... I would need to see it.

No, baking on a ceramic coat is not something normally done at the home front.
Ceramic coatings have to be baked on @ about 450 Deg F.

Most Powder Coating shops can do this for you. Check to see if you have a local shop.

Powder coating will work just fine on heat shields but not on the pipes... do it all the time with no problems.

Semantics... I also consider ceramic coating a powder coat... But I understand your point.

I sprayed House of Kolor Hi Temp paint on my Pro Pipe over a year ago. Nice smooth satin black finish that does not peel, flake fade or chalk up.

I have killed more chrome then my friends like and the easiest way is to sandblast it off. You can then get it powdercoated but make sure your coater has the equipment to do high temp coatings.
