Default Softail and BSS Question

For you folks running V&H BSS, is there any issue in getting the tranny dip stick out to check the tranny fluid level?

On the 07 softail it won't come into play. Actually, the tank bottom is still the tightest spot to clear. From your pic I see your dipstick is in the outer cover. Not sure, but I don't think they'd build them so you couldn't get the stick out. Only Harley does stuff like that .

Here's a couple of pics of the '08 Fatboy. Maybe its the 6-speed tranny that moves the dip-stick location.

Like rbabos said, it is more of a hassle gettingunder the bottom of the oil tank than around the pipes.
