I've had the bike now for less than 48 hours, and already can't leave well enough alone...

I used to do leatherwork professionally, and I still have my shop, so I decided to replace the boring tank strap.



I'm seriously thinking of making my own seat. Anyone have an idea where I could get a good seat pan for a 2005 FLSTSCI?

You should start making custom tank bibs - you'd make a bundle. VERY NICE!!!!

Looks great and know what you mean about obsessed...wife hates it because I can't leave anything stock. I havent even gotten my ride yet, but building up the parts in the house already:

V&H bigshot longs, SE AC, passenger footboards, PCIII, front light trim rings, nostalgic rider and brake pedal inserts...and more everyday

This obsession is slowly killing my bank account...time to get another credit card[sm=drooldude.gif]

very nice simlar pattern to whats on my leather tankard i made myself last year and lined it with bees wax to water proof it so the pint of beer dont come out , did ya cut in pattern with swivel blade there a real neat tool to use.

Obsessed or Mod addict... I had my first scoot almost 10 days ago and had the following mod added: Replace seat with Corbin Close Solo; Mustache Engine guard; Lowered front end. Next week will be the security system upgrade (pager and receiver) and some new pegs. then my wish keeps going on and on.........Vance and Hines Big Radius pipes.

One straight swivel blade, one angled thin swivel blade, three Sheridan-style bevelers and two different sets of backgrounders.
