2000 wheels on 1998 FLSTS
I want to put a set of the 9 spoke wheels like on the 2000 and newer cruisers on my 98 springer heritage. As I understand after 2000 they changed the rear wheel offset and there are differences in the brake rotors. Besides the change to sealed bearings what other issues willI come up against to fit these wheels?Any help will be greatly appreciated. The 9 spokes with the rounded spokes are the only wheels I have found that will replace the laced wheels and still keep the nostalgic look.

Welcome to my world.. Im going thru the same ordeal right now.. some say the rotors different, some say they interchange. Im looking ro put spokes on my fatboy, and even call HD ab0out the idea, they had no clue as to what I would need, and only told me theres no kit to do the swap..
I only know the did a axle change,bearing change.The offset was to run a 150 rear tire, other than that... Im still more or less in the dark too. I gave up and started looking for 84-99 wheels instead. (still looking)
