I would say go to the original place you found the photo, right click and choose properties. Look at the info (URL) there and you might be able to track it a little further or find some info on it there.

That rim is made by Carriage works. I don't know if it's currently in production by them but I'm sure they are the manufacturer.
The way things are today with CNC stuff any of hundreds of shops could have made it as a 1 off. Don't know what to suggest other than try all the manufacturers on the web. Good Luck!
