Looks like an old Arlen Ness design. I saw one on a fatboy and the owner mentioned it was an Arlen Ness. Worth checking.

I imagine even if you find out who made it and can get the matching rear it will cost a bunch and probably offset the bargain he got for the front.

I guess the lesson here is don't buy stuff at a swap meet that you can't identify andneeds a matching part.....
