I have a 2007 FLSTC (Heritage Classic). I have been running it without the pillion seat for some time now and have been wondering what to put in the hole left in the fender. Well blow me - I was putting the pillion pad in the store room and noticed a silver button on the underside of the pillion pad back left. Prised it out carefully and it turns out to be a plastic chrome plug for the bolt left in the fender. Clever but WHY has nobody told me about this before???!!! Nice touch MOCO.
