My buddy has 16" apes on his Heritage Springer with extended length cables. He wants to put on 10" or 8.5" mini apes, would there be too much slack if he left the same length cables from the 16's?
I would think that an extra 6 to 10" of cables and lines would be a bit too much.
Better to get shorter lines if he's going that far from were things are now.

Yupe...I went from 16" to 12"...had to change out throttle and brake lines.
Kevdog,
Contact me or have your buddy contact me when he changes over to the shorter bars. I may be interested in buying the bars/cable set from him. Are they 1 1/2 fat bars and what is the width?
Thanks
