FLSTF....Thats what I started with .... And tweaked it some before the first run... But you should be good for short time..

Budiii3...You spent the money on the Bike and Exhaust, A/C ... Don't cut corners in this area..Tune it !!! You and the bike will be happier

I don't suppose you know anybody in the Lower Alabama region that can tune do you? Looking forward to getting those pipes! What exactly does a tuning process involve anyway? Have you got the check yet?

My bike is carburated so I would have to get it re-jetted. But I still worry about the blueing issues if I were to go with the chrome ones.

I have had my Pros on the bike for a couple weeks now. They are chrome and I did buy the heat shields but haven't installed them. After some tuning they have started to gold a little, mostly on the rear head pipe. But allI did was use some Blue Job and it got rid of all of that. They are holding up well. I am only going to install the shields if the head pipes start looking shitty, but a good tune and some polishing has normally been enough to keep the pipes from bluing in my experience.
