I am going to be taking my first motorcycle trip this summer to the Durango area from PHX. Looking for input/opinions on type of motorcycle luggage I should purchase. I have the sissy bar/rack and luggage rack from stock seat.
My Brother has a T-Bag and he loves it! He puts it on the rack when he's running with a rider, and puts it on the passenger seat and uses it as a backrest when he's riding solo. I have a detachable Tour-pak and Kuryakyn trunk to go on top ofthat for my Softail.

I'm looking at thesefrom Custom Classic Saddlebags for my 07 Deluxe: http://www.ccsaddlebags.com/saddlebags.html
I've looked at a lot of them online and for the $$ I believe they are going to be my best bet, check them out and talk to Mike. I don't know if your pipes are stock or not, he told me their 13.5" x 20" would fit the Deluxe with stock pipes or slip ons.

Thanks for the input, forgot to add that I have the Deluxe Saddlebags too, as some of us know, they are not that functional. So because of input from Forum members, am not banking on being able to store alot in the saddlebags.
