I know what you mean voyager. BUT!! I finally got mine out this past weekend. We had a 45 degree day on saturday and a 49 degree day on sunday. I rode a couple of hours on both days. It felt great finally to be out. Alot of our snow is gone.
It is weird though. Last year I was riding on Christmas Eve in 45 degree temps. This year winter hit us mid November. I am about ready to pull a Jack Nicholson the shining act if things don't leave for good here soon.
Hey Voyager. Have you had any problems with that Memphis Shades replacement shield you bought?
I got one also and mine cracked around some of the holes. At first I thought it was my fault as maybe I tightened it to much. But you really can't do that cuz it's acorn nuts. I checked each one and they weren't that tight.
I am going to contact cyclespot and see if I can get them to replace it.

Knock on wood. so far, so good with the shield . Joe is killing us, eh ?

central ontario here winter definitely sucks!!!!
i couldnt take it any more today snow is killing me.
jumped on my quad and headed for the lake.
burned off some steam on the ice today for most of the afternoon.
still 4 wheels though.
