Default Chrome Tool Box Question for Springer Softail

I am trying to find a place to install a small tool bag or tool box on my 1993 Springer Softail. I am trying to find something that would hold a few small items (plugs, allen wrenches, etc.) and not be too conspicuous.

I was looking at the chrome tear drop box but I have chrome covers over my swingarm and was wondering if that would interfere with the mounting of the box?

Not that I can see. Although I have not mounted mine yet, I believe it mounts to the two boltson the strut hornand therear footpeg bolt.

Chrome toolbox will fit just fine over the covers.

Edit- There really are covers under the toolbox.

Thanks for the help and the photograph is helpful.

I bought a chrome toolbox a few years back but sold it...now I am probably going to grab another one.
