I would go with the Nigthtrain. Nicer looking bike. If you are going to want to have a passenger on for any lenght of time, the rocker doesn't look too comfortable. It all depends on what kind of riding you do. Yea the rocker looks new and cool with a lot of chrome, but the nigth train is low maint. and there are a lot of things you can do to it.
