Default Stage 1 Air Cleaner vs. Velocity Stack

I currently have the HD Stage 1 Air Cleaner set-up. I was looking to switch to a Velocity Stack air cleaner type (possibly the RSD). Doyou have a velocity stack set-up?Was there any change in performance - good or bad? Pictures would be great also! BTW, I have a2003 HD Night Train EFI. Thanks.

A velocite stack looks cool, but isn't all that useful on a street bike.
Some can even hurt your overall perfomance, especially if your pant leg gets too close to it.
Better off getting one of the Forcewinder style cone or K&N filters that face forwards.

I know a couple of pretty good builders and they tell me they don't rcommend the stacks for everyday riding, they just don't protect the way a good filter does...great on the strip, not practical for the street, although I see a few guys running them...they do look cool as hell....
