Baffle change
leave heat shields on
remove slash tips no brainer
Get large slot screwdriver try to get between pipe and baffle make a little burr
Get some long nose vise grips spray some WD 40 or something in for slide
Grap on pull

I used a little more tape on the baffle fabric so it slide in better
It burns off

 

Yeah, it is pretty painless.

 

I changed mine last week and it took me about 20 mins a side .I had to remove my heat shields but it was still very easy. any questions pm me and will tell how I did iy.

 

I ran the quiets and went back to the power baffles on my V&H Big Shots. I guess I like it a little louder.

How much are the quiet baffles?

 

I paid $60 + tax at the dealer. Just installed them in my Straight Shot Slipons and took it for a quick ride and they sound great, worth the $60.
