Got her backon the road andWOW what a difference..I really didd't know what kinda power increase to expect but I have to say that I am MORE than happy with it..Low to Mid range is unbelievable and she hits like a *****..Just wish I hadn't waited so long to do it now..
Yeah I will certainly be sure to break her in right..Last thing I want or need is to have her back in the shop during this weather we're having now b/c of me being so careless..Gonna get her out in a few and get some miles on her so I can get through this break-in period..I will keep ya posted on how things turn out once she debuts on the Dyno!!!
Got her put on the Dyno today and ended up making 98hp / 109 lb ft torque..Are these numbers pretty close to what you would expect for the mods? I am seriously thinking about going with a 2 into 1 exhaust system to get me a little more..Been kinda eyeing the Thunderheader..Any suggestions out there for a GREAT 2 into 1 system?
Oh snap!!!!
Those seem like your pretty close to right on. You could
probably get a touch more out of a 2 to 1. Thunderheader's
are very good as well as D&D Fat Cats. I haven't tried my Rinehart's yet so I can't give you any feedback on those. Supertrapp supermeg are also a great performers. Let us know
what you ultimately decide.
Thanks alot Marsh..Damn fine lookin bike you have there yourself..
Crazy Canuck,I will have to check out those D&D Fat Cats you're talking about..I dont think I have ever seen those..But I will of course keep ya posted on which route I decide to go..
