Well, fer an 07-08, at least:
Cost to replace pipes, A/C, and ECM just to make it run right: $1000-2000.
Getting it to REALLYmake some power: $3000-5000 or more.
Smile on yer face when ya pull up to the stealerand they know ya bought nothing from them but the bike?

All members of HDF love everything about their Harleys, except a few stock items; the mirrors, the rider's seat, the passenger pillion, the handlebars, the handlebar clamp, the risers, the hand grips, the gas cap, the fuel gauge, the rims, the brake rotors, the tires, the paint job, the driver's footrests, the riding position, the passenger's footrests, the clutch and front brake levers, the rear brake lever, the shift levers, the horn cover, the timer cover, thederby cover, the fenders, the drive belt cover, the tank bib, the speedometer, the exhaust pipes, the air filter system, the signal lights, the tail light, the saddlebags (or lack thereof), the suspension, and the factory HD tank decals. Once you sort these minors issues out, you're home free.
