Default narrow center width apes?

Hello Gang, here is my question, i have an05 fatboy and am looking tochange out mystock handle bars to Ape's.....Now i like the Wild One Chubbys and their quality is superb however i am looking for Ape Hangersa little narrower in the center width......Iprefer1" bars(but will go thicker)at 16" height.. Would like to see something from 6" to 8.5" center width, ending in a 35-37" width. pre drilled for internal wiring is a big + I have been in Iraq for 10 months with 5 more to go so my internet cruising time is limited, any help on whereI might find this kind of set up would besuper....Thnx

PM CNC GUY. I know he just installed a new set of apes and they are real narrow in the center (think they are Nash Gimp apes but don't quote me).

Gimp bars are cool, but I was thinking more along the lines of classic ape hangers

I think Arlen Ness might have what you're looking for.

If you go with the Arlen Ness bars make sure you really like the position of them. Because of the fact that risers are part of the bars there is no forward to backward adjustment. where they bolt up is where they stay.

Khromeworks has narrow glide bars (12s, I think), and they have wider inchers too. Look at all of the apes you want, and see what the overall width of them are. Some are narrower than others.

BB06FLHX is correct. I just installed 1 inch Gimp Hangers and love them. I bought 18" and had them powdered.

Hey Gang thanks for the thoughts and replys, here is what iamseeingin my minds eye.......Wild 1 Chubbysare, width 37"- center width 10"- pull back 12.5", they are nice bars but a little too wide forthe look i want........ the Ness bars have a gret look however, built in risers?i wasthinking of a classic 1" tube, somewhere around the width 33-35" with a center width of 6-8".......also pre drilled would be nice..............maybe somebody knows a qualityshop or builder
