....or maybe the windshield was made in '06 and that was the latest year the description could allege, since they weren't made aware of any possible changes, for the upcoming year,at the time the windshield was manufactured.

i still hold the opinion that there have been no significant changes to the softail fx front end, which would affect the fitment of a windshield.....
