VH FuelPak
I did the K&N A/C but PCIII instead of the VH FuelPak, sell the FuelPak and get a PCIII from www.fuelmotousa.com they will map it for ya.

Hey Bone,
You know, I had a PCIII for my sporty and it was defective from the start, didn't get it from fuelmoto though. I just don't like eliminating the 02 sensors, something just doesn't seem right about that to me. I suppose it is like taking something out of the loop that was meant to stay in there. I will give the fuelpak a shot as this is all I ever plan on doing to the bike. It has plenty of power for what I like doing and that is just cruising, my days of hell raising on sportbikes is behind me.

Well, they can "Retard" what ever they'd like as long as my bike runs the way it does. It ran like SH$% on the fuel pak... Now it doesn't. that's all I care about. So, do what you want, and figure out later how to fix it...

Xaran ,
That is the best answer I have heard. As for the HD stage 1 download for the guy above, you just wasted your money to have someone retard your timing. That is a total POS. Only worries I had were the dealer telling me that if I went over a 2.0 baffle then it would need a remap. I might just throw the pipes on and give it a shot, any way of telling if it is lean other than decel popping? I know I fired it up last night and black smoke was coming out of the stock pipes , so it seems to be on the rich side, that might just be start up though.

I am running a Fuel/Pak and the bike runs great! Most forum members with F/P report good things. Those that complain either got a fualty device or they may have made incorect settings.
I thought it ran great after install. Installed perfectly and correct. If the only thing you've tried is the fuel pak, you don't know how your bike would run with another option. I almost got into a fight with the dealer, cause they couldn't tune my fuel pak to make it run right, and vance and hines would not tell them what to change. Basically, said if there isn't a stand out problem, they can't help. Glad you like your FP, all that matters, just trying to help the unknowing to not make the same mistake I made...

White Guy,
I can respect that man, no worries. Sorry you had that trouble. I installed mine tonight along with my RUSH 2.25 slip ons. Took about an hour to do both. The fuelpak fit right on top of the battery and I was able to fit the connectors right beside it. It fit great, There is a rubber stopper on the bottom of the stock badlander seat you need to remove and after that it fits great. Bike fired right up the first time and sounded great. I am installing the K&N filter tomorrow as it does not come in until tomorrow. I have not had the chance to ride and tell any difference of course because of the rain, but I will be Sunday and I will give some feedback. I am happy with it so far.

That's cool. Hope it works out. Just do yourself a favor, and have someone you trust put it on a Dyno to see if it's running too lean. You don't wanna go a couple years, and figure it out then..
