Default Squealing brake question

I have had my X Bones for a couple of weeks now, have not been riding much due to the weather. I have 75 miles on the bike. The problem im having is that the rear brake (I use both front and rear) has a loud squeal when I apply the brake.
I dont know if it will stop or should I mention it to the dealer. None of my other Harleys ever did this.

There is nothing stuck in the caliper that I can see, and there is no marks on the rotor. Just a loud squeal when the rear brake is applied.

Maybe an undersized pad - my honda had that same squeal on the front brake when used. They replaced the pads and all was fine. They said something about the pad tilting and shifting if undersized.
My 07 Deluxe rear disc had burrs on the through holes that created a scraping noise and a low hum (audible vibration) when used. I could feel the sharp edges with my fingers. I deburred with a dremel conical stone bit by hand and it's fine now.
Proper Brakes should never squeal. Do go to the dealer, it's their problem.
