VULCAN ENGINEERING/ MOTORWAY-- BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a 3' raked cup set for my Dyna. I also purchased a wide glide triple tree. The cup set came with an extended tree bolt to cover the additional lenght with the new cups added. The problem is that the extended tree bolt has 1' threads on it and their triple trees come with a nut and are designed for 7/8. I contacted the guy who hastily said he would mail me an extended bolt with the 7/8 threads. Waited a week( he uses USPS- plus he paid the wrong amount of postage), and when I got it,it was the same stock length bolt that I already had. I called for two days and he would not pick up his phone. I had a friend call from a different exchange and he picked right up. I am not an irate person when dealing with people, so he can not say that I was hard to deal with. I even offered to pay postage or return the original bolt since I could not use it anyway. Now I am stuck with cups and a triple tree but no bolt. Have to start search for extended bolt. What kind of honest business dodges phone calls- I would say one that has no confidence in their products or just doesn't care about customers once they have your money. Maybe you won't have a bad experience, then again- maybe you will. I guess it boils down to if you want to take the gamble or not.
Yep, they're schemers--biggest bunch of "rip off artists" out there.

Does anyone have a phone number for this company, made the mistake of purchasing a motor which was announced to be a 93 cui, it vibrated so every screw on the bike comes off I had to disassemble it, then it turns out that it is a 88 cui. And a mismash of leftover parts. To advertise a product that is something completely different but will charge for the more expensive option. Building a brand on the deception is keyed sustainable in the long run. How many have they fooled on money?
Thanks Overcast, I live in Europe so, number 603 is that the area code for Manchester. Do i Dial USA (thats number 1 ) +1 6036686315 could that be right?
I believe Manchester, NH is the correct area code (it has been a while for me).
I am not sure about dialing out from another country though. For me, here in the USA, I dial a 1 + area code and number.
Most of the time no one will answer. I have called back repeatedly. I think that is intentional. But if you keep trying you might get someone to pick up. (They probably prefer to do business online where they do not have to talk to anyone).
