Lowering kit on the ’08 Deluxe? Is there a significant handling difference?
What positive of negative feedback or experience have you or anyone you know experienced?
Do I have to lower the front end as well?

I wouldn't do it, we ran down to the smoke out last summer and ran the blue ridge for a bit, if my bike sat any lower I don't think I would have anylower pipe left. I thought the bike sat dam low already I know I can comeinto a corner harder (easyer) than I should. Take care.

I lowered the rear end last week and I love it. Increased the rake, better riding position.
Drawbacks - stiffer ride (you'll feel more bumps), gotta readjust the headlight, may find your seat (especially stock) isn't as comfy as it was.

I have VH Longshots that almost bottom out already but I love the look of the bike lower. Is there a way to raise the pipes? Can you just lower the front or does that look funny?
