bad delings with phat preformance
they sent me the wrong part and when i called they want to charge me 20 % for restocking fee
they want me to pay for there mistake can you believe this[:'(][:@]
i think we should start a new thread about the bad/negative experiences with Online dealers/manufactures..Just saying because i was recently taken for over $900
Yeah I am still waiting for my front wheel and rotor. I am 1300 deep with no front tire or rotor. The first one I had blew the front bearings. Send the wheel back and the idiots send it back to me at my old address. It was delivered to the old address and now UPS or the dealer can not find it. I am F******g Pissed. I have been without my tire, wheel, rotor for 3 weeks and counting
I also had a horrible experience with Phat Performance Parts.
They held my order for weeks due to a $8 part being on back order. They never informed me about this back order. When I inquired about my order, Terry informed me that my order had shipped. Well after another couple of weeks and no order, I called again and they told me it never shipped due to the back order.
I then canceled my order but then still had to wait a week to get my money back.
My experience with Phat Performance Parts was horrible.
They have horrible communications and rude and terrible customer service. Thankfully there are many other dealers out there that know how to treat their customers right.
I will never never shop at Phat Performance Parts again.
don't these people know that bad customer service gets around..The owner of Underground Choppers (nashville, TN) called me asking me to please take down a post, because of the questions he received about it..I removed it but its going back up if I don't receive myrefund by Friday..
