Default Chrome control kit

Does anyone know if there is any difference in the controls for an 02 Softail and the 07 and newer. HD sells a chrome control kit with the levers, brake master cylinder, switch housing, and the buttons but it states in the catalog for 07 softails. Just wondering what the difference is and if it would fit my 02 FatBoy. Thanks for any help.

Default RE: Chrome control kit

My 07 Has a clutch switch. So it has a hole like the on the Brake switch.
The left and right switch housings have a hole for these switches and the Clutch lever has A piece near the pivot point to activate the clutch switch.

HD sell kits for 2000-2006 bikes and the only difference is the clutch set up.

I bought a set of Chrome controls off ebay for 1/3 of the price og HD items.
They were for the 2000-2006 so did not have the hole, I just drilled my own for the switch.
I had a set of Chrome controls on my 2003 deuce as well off ebay.
My latest set is almost identical to oem HD items but the levers are not as rounded across the top of the levers but not a big thing.
I have also put the HD chrome switches on. A bit fidelly but not hard.

Here is a couple of pics of my controls.

I also but on oem HD Chrome Tapperd Banjo bolts for Brake lines. Comes in a Kit of 4. really finishes the chrome off in my opinion anyway.

Just bought a set of chrome controls from cycle supply $129.00 plus shipping. I haven't installed them yet but the chrome finish is very nice. They are more contoured than OEM parts and I think they are going to be nice. I will post some pics and reviews when they are installed. A few guys on here have bought from cycle supply and had good things to say.

Just looked up the kit from Cycle Supply and it looks very nice. For $129 compared to $419 from HD it seems like a steal. I will order the kit from them, thanks for the help.
