Ya I put pull back risers on to, made a big differance.

 

I put the 4" pullback risers on my '08 Heritage and didn't have any cable issues. Best mod I've done to the bike, it really lets me get into a relaxed posture. I commute 80 miles roundtrip 5 days a week and the stock bars were making me lean forward, causing some lower back stress. Found the risers on Ebay, you might want to keep an eye out.
