Default Removing Turn Signals

Thought I would try in here also, I have a 2007 NT and looking to change the rear turn signals, but I cant get the wire plug out where it is plugged into behind the rear brake light, is there a trick to this? I have tried sqeezing it as I pull it out but nothing happens, ????????
Thanks

I just cut the wires on mine but i wasn't planning on putting any back on either, the stock signals looks like something from the Jetson's

They are a pain unless you know the secret hiding place for the locking notch. I worked over a half hour on them a few weeks ago when changing out my rear tailight. There is a small locking notch on the underside that is not visible with a flashlight or anything. Just press on it with a small pick or screwdriver while pulling the connector and it will come right out.

You don't. When I relocated the rear turn signals to be able to install the bags you have to cut the wires under the fender, remove the existing turnsignals, and then put on the new ones and solder and heat shrink the new connections under the fender. Not an easy task, but doable with a little patience.

I'm replacing my turn signals with some from Alloy Art. Are you taking the rear fender off or taking the rear tire off to get to thr wires under the fender? Mine didn't comme with any instructions, just wondering the best way to get to everything.
