I had the opportunity to ride an 03 Night Train for a couple days. Man that is an awesome bike. Don't get me wrong, I love my Fatboy and my Shovel, but wouldn't it be great to have a Night Train built to the hilt.
I think that a Night Train will be the next set of wheels in the garage. Would love to see some outrageous custom Night Trains, so let's see'm boys, give me some ideas. What can you really do with one of these things
here's mine. More to come too. I wanna do black fat daddy 50 spokes, custom front and rear fender, 95" kit, etc. But I need to wait til I have the money. Doing landscaping around the house and have to replace my 52" LCD that I just broke after only 3 months of having.
Well there are a few prime examples of hot Night Trains, Jeff T, what make are those forks. Definately looks good.
I think the thing I like the most about a Train is it just opitimizes the badness in Harley. Also, I loved the way the drag bars felt and forward controls.
Makes me think about what I could do with a Fatboy. My shovel rides the same way, but the TC96 doesn't vibrate you to death. I mean let's face it, when I pull in to bike night with that old thing, people spread out in fear.....I don't know if it's from the leak in the right side gas tank or the trail of oil ....... Oh back to the subject, I would like an awesome barhopper that's designed soley for the purpose of looking drawn out sleek and fast.
I just like for all the Train Drivers out there to know....The Train is a sweet ride.
BigJohn, you need to check out the 2 Night Train pics threads...
You wouldn't believe what some guys are doin' with Trains...
and yeah, I love mine, we're gonna get old together...[8D]
