Default Hydraulic Clutch Problem

Also posted this in the drivetrain thread:

I had my indy (very reputable) put a Magura hydraulic clutch on my 2004 FatBoy this spring. Have been having problems with it not always disengaging and luching ahead and lugging until stalling while waiting at lights. Does this hot or cold, beginning or end of ride, maybe 5 times in a 50 mile ride. He redid the end adjustement Saturday and no problems, but went for a ride today and it was the same thing. No telling when it will do this. Often it when stopped at a light for a while, but sometimes after only a short stop. I like the pull and smoothness of the clutch and no worry about cable snapping, but this intermittent problem is really annoying.

Anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions?

Thanks.
