Default Crossbones Seat

I see some have replaced the spruung seat and it looks great. I wish it would go back 2" instead of 1". My question is when the seat is replaced with a regular seat will I lose any legroom? I'm 6'4" and right now I'm pretty good due to the high seat height, just wish it would go back another inch.

Default RE: Crossbones Seat

I would suggest sitting on either a Softail Custom or Nightrain with a stock seat because the frame on both those bikes is the same as the XBones. This would at least give you an idea on sitting in the bike vs on the the bike.

tnharley, was it you who lowered the stock seat on the X Bones, and if so, where did you find the springs?
