Not going to do a whole lot of mods to my Cross Bones but the one that will happen very soon is
changing out the exhaust. Not really concerned about power gains, just want to make the bike sound
like a true Harley. At the same time it can't be overly loud due to the neighbors, etc. I have been working
with the local shop who will put it on and a few hours on youtube checking out some different pipes. Want to
keep a similar look to stock, no drastic changes, so i'm looking at pipes similar in look to the Vance Big Shots (staggered).
Considering Cobra, SuperTrapp, Vance, Rinehart, and Bub. Leaning toward the Bub 7 2 into 2 because of the sound
but still not sure.
Any recommendations you might have would be great. Again, want it louder/deeper than stock but not overly loud.
What I should have said is that I wanted to keep a 2 into 2 setup, not necessarily just like stock. Looking to change the pipes out, not for
a slip-on.
Vance and Hines Big Shot Staggards with Quiet baffle. Only crappy part is youll have to pull the baffels to inspect/replace and burnt off fiberglass pack but its stupid easy to do. /thread
