PICS (New Seat before and After )
Picked up this 19998 Softail Custom with 10,000 miles on it a couple of months ago. The first thing that had to go was the seat, although comfortable, it wasnt for me. I love the Lapera barebones seat, looks great and holds you in a snug position for forward controls. Before and after pictures blew my mind, looks like a different bike all together. Just ordered a set of Heavy duty Works performance suspension because my Progressive 413 that came with the bike **** the bed.

I too love the Barbones, hard as ... on longer rides but who cares.

Hell, yeah...hard to believe a seat can make that much difference, isn't it? I've got the LePera Silhoutte on my Train, and it's a world of difference...
