Default question about SEII slip ons for a Deluxe

I have a coworker that just bought an 08 Deluxe. he's looking for louder muffs. A friend of mine has a set of SEII slip ons off of a 03 Duece sitting in his garage taking up space and has offered em up. Now the easiest thing would be to go over and pick em up and see if they fit the 08. Problem is I live in Texas and the muffs are in New York.

part numbers are different in the catalog. Anyone know if these will fit on an 08 Deluxe without reinventing the wheel?

We had almost the same conversation the other night. Talking about the header pipes from a Heritage fitting a Fatboy.

The safest thing to do in my op. is to measure everything. You know they will probably fit the header pipe, but you need to know the length to ensure they do get into anything else.

What do I know, just likem loud
