I think that may be EFI thing.&nbsp\\; I hate that trait on my Z06 vette also.

Mine changed after the stage 1 and a proper dyno tune. It snaps my body back.
If you cant find someone who does it right then get a thunder max.

I think it's normal.&nbsp\\; Ever since cars went to EFI, they seem to do the same thing also.

Response is slower for EFI.
&nbsp\\;
Also, once you throttle down the Idle&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;RPM will be faster than with Carb.

The set screw behind the throttle body? Yes I tried adjusting that before I found out it won't do anything for a fast idle.

Throttle adjustment
At the hand grip
Front cable A is throttle
Back cable closes to rider cable B
Back off both throttle adjustment nuts found under rubber sleeves
Center the front wheel with the bike look at the throttle body from front of bike
Rotate handle bar throttle full open
Tighten cable A until Cam device touches stop tighten lock nut
Release throttle
Turn front handle bars to right
Do not touch throttle
The cable next to air filter is Idle cable B the cable casing goes into a spring sleeve guide use a trouble light look carefully
Tighten cable B until cable housing just touches the spring tighten lock nut
return steering to center
Start bike and ride!
Also lubricate items while you are near them

You could have it dyno tuned... espically with intake/exaust mods. A PowerCommander is a great investment, and you would have the option to have a simple map downloaded or a custom map made for you bike. or maybe a professional could just direct link to it and set each throttle position.
